What is Leadership Coaching?

What is
Leadership Coaching?

Leadership Coaching is an effective tool for elevating your approach as an executive, influencer, people manager, or advocate. It provides growth opportunities for executives by providing objective and honest feedback, holding participants to accountability, and nurturing a trusted partnership in which to set and achieve specific development goals. Every leader brings varied experiences, skills, and strengths, but may not always recognize areas of improvement – or how to move forward. Working with an effective coach delivers results through self-awareness, realistic goals, and appropriate motivation.

While leadership coaching benefits the recipient greatly, it also has a cascade effect on those around them. Inspiration begets inspiration! Many leaders have carried key lessons from their coaching experience to others within the organization and their personal lives, as they’ve applied the methodology to their approach.

Are you ready to get started? Leadership coaching may be right for you, if:

  • You are CEO and want to maximize your influence to inspire your team.
  • You are frustrated, stressed and feeling burned out.
  • You are a new manager or have recently taken on a new leadership role.
  • You have been in leadership for a long time and feel stagnant.
  • You are aware that your professional reputation needs improvement.
  • You would like a mentor, but aren’t sure where to start.
  • You don’t have a robust professional network or access to HR resources.
  • You strive to learn more and do better.
